What happens if an IT ticket isn’t responded to within 5 days
I haven’t been able to access one of my key email accounts for nearly a week and the 5 days is up tomorrow for IT to respond to me.
I am reluctant to ring (yet again) to be fobbed off with lies
Any way to get to speak to the actual IT team?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with your email account.
I've had a look at things from our side, and you do have an IT ticket with the team regarding this. There's no update on this yet, but the team will be working to get to this asap.
