Similarly for all emails to other VM domains: blueyonder.co.uk and ntlworld.com.

There is no spam going out from the IP and this has not been listed on any RBL - including Spamcop. I have tried in vain to report using the chat feature and through the support number.

I recommend a public form to submit IPs when this happens, similar to other ISPs with their own internal blocking system.

Currently the forum support staff are busy dealing with oldest posts first, when you post on here will get a reply after several days upto a week, please bear with them.

Please sort out a reporting form for such purposes - using a public forum is not a suitable place to report these issues.

It is important to offer server administrators a way to report issues with IP blocking.

I recommend changing your email error to something like:

Connections from your IP 144.76.24.9 have been disallowed by admin policy.

Please report issues to us at: https://email-ip.virginmedia.com/?ip=144.76.24.9

All emails to VM customers have been blocked since 27th December. Please can you look into this with more urgency?

Just tested and the blacklist is no longer there for this IP.

Please add a public form that web hosts can use to unlist their IPs in the future.
