Please can you un-list our IP: 18.104.22.168 ?
--- This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
firstname.lastname@example.org host mx.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net [22.214.171.124] SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: 421 mx8.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net mx8.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net MXIN107 Connections from your IP 126.96.36.199 have been disallowed by admin policy. ;id=v2a3kn3BAaAc8;sid=v2a3kn3BAaAc8;mta=mx8.tb;d=20201231;t=192147[CET];ipsrc=188.8.131.52;: retry timeout exceeded
Similarly for all emails to other VM domains: blueyonder.co.uk and ntlworld.com.
There is no spam going out from the IP and this has not been listed on any RBL - including Spamcop. I have tried in vain to report using the chat feature and through the support number.
I recommend a public form to submit IPs when this happens, similar to other ISPs with their own internal blocking system.
