Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - so sorry that you're having some issues currently.
Sounds like your IP address has been flagged to us; this can happen when you have a virus. Initially, please run a full virus scan for any malware on all devices you have had connected to your WiFi. If it comes back clear, all devices will need to be factory reset including your Hub.
This should then reset the IP address from the blacklist within 24hours.
