Currently not been able to receive emails in 7 days. When refreshing the mail app on my phone, I receive an error stating IMAP server is not responding.
Settings are: imap.virginmedia.com Port: 993
When logging in to webmail via https://mail2.virginmedia.com,I receive a message saying mailbox is unavailable.
Please help! Thanks

I have been able to locate your account and re-enable your mailbox. Please could you try to log into your email account again? And let me know how it goes.
