IMAP Failure

On 1st May my IMAP email ceased working across all devices (iPhones, iPad and Mac). My settings have not changed and username and password are lodged in Keychain. I can access email account by webmail, but not by IOS  ail or Outlook.

Any ideas why? Nothing useful in Virginmedia help.

What incoming server settings are you using?
They should be imap.virginmedia.com
SSL yes/on
Port 993
