a month ago
I can’t seem to log into my email account it’s saying we don’t recognise the email or password .which I know are both correct.tried resetting password and it’s saying my answers are wrong again I know they are right
any help recovering my account would be great
Just to add it’s also a ntlworld email address
Is this the same address that you had problems with last month?
If so it has probably been locked again by VM for security purposes. The VM Forum Staff will be able to check the status for you when they reach this thread.

It’s been one thing after another since returning from turkey and using the WiFi I’m having to change my passwords on everything it’s been a nightmare
