This has happened so many times. All the emails that are relevant to my name, home, interests, business that 'were available' are gone as a result of this broken system.
when I click confirm they are taken away and the system loses them somewhere and then says i then need to add a 1 2 or 3 on the end. And I can't even have those..as it will say "Oops sorry...." again.

I can't get a virgin email.
virgin keep upgrading me and charging me more and more each year. I don’t need 100+ mbs!!! I am charged near £46 a month.
But to stop them over charging me, because I never signed up for such a speed, I have to sign a new contract and be trapped for 12 months, even though I have been loyal for near 20 years.
And I cant even get a virgin email or virgin account!!
It is very frustrating as I am paying for something that I need, and I have not been receiving the account creation service for years!! Actually for the entire time virgin took over blueyonder. I have one a blueyonder account I am supposed to be allowed 9 accounts.
In all seriousness how can this still be broken year after year?
I am, of course, not annoyed at the people in the forum, I am just annoyed that I can't get the service I need and have been paying for so long.
