I plan to leave virgin asap because of email failure

Hi the unreliability of email and, even more important, the lack of information when there is a problem, makes me want to leave virgin after 20+ years. I have set up a new email with Outlook and plan to migrate my emails over. Is there a quick way for a non tech like me??

If you are a Windows user you could look at this past forum topic for backup and archive

If you are starting afresh with Outlook, you should consider whether you really need/want to actually migrate all of your historical VM emails over (and fill up space in your new Outlook account) or simply archive them and start afresh with your new Outlook email.

The recent email fiasco with VM has highlighted that using an email account as an online archive for important information is not really a very good idea.
