I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your old Blueyonder mailbox being hacked.

Thanks for confirming your details via private message @kentblade, I have raised this with our IT support team and I will be back in touch with you once the team advises that the email address has been removed from the system, it can take up to 5 working days but is often done sooner.

I'm sorry to hear the address is still active. We can certainly check this out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
