I need to deactivate virginmedia.com email addresses for my wife and I. No longer have an account.

My wife and I moved to Scotland three years ago and Virgin Media was not available.  The account was closed and I expected our email addresses to be deactivated after 90 days.  Emails can still be sent and received.  We have both started receiving spam and disturbing emails, and my email is being used fraudulently on Ebay. I no longer have an active account to log in to so I cannot deactivate the email addresses myself.

Hi and welcome to the community MJR50.

 

I can get this raised with our IT team and deleted from our system, I would need you to provide the email addresses via a private message, which I will send over in a few moments and I can get the process started.
