I need to close an NTL email account

I would like to close this email address, if possible after seeing when it first received and email from [REMOVED]

please could you do this for me or advise me how to proceed

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, what is the reason you need an NTL Email closing, is it your primary email? if it is this isn't something we can do, I have been able to locate your account with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues or any information in regards to you calling us.

This is an email address which I no longer use (and have not used for many years) and have inadvertently linked it to my work email and this is causing security issues within my organisation.

If you are unable to help could you advise how I can proceed
