I'm experiencing a 'mailbox unavailable' error when logging in.
Since setting up an e-mail account with Virgin Media approximately 2 years ago I have never been able to access my mailbox. I now want to start using Virgin e-mail address and I understand that in creating a new post on here the Virgin Team can do something to reset my mailbox(?)

Sure we can take a look at your email issue for you however may I ask whether you have tried a password reset on your email account? If you haven't managed to set up an email account or wish to create a new one, please see this link .
