Is the email address in question attached to an active Virgin Media account? If so, if the primary email on the account you can reset this by resetting the My Virgin Media password, if a secondary email you can reset this in your My Virgin Media account on the manage mailbox section.
If it's attached to a closed account we're only able to ensure this is deleted as once an account is disconnected the email addresses attached should be removed within 90 days.
