I cant access my virgin.net email

Can somebody help

I can not access my virgin.net emails last night and today

What can I do?

First thing to do is provide more detail of the issue.

  • Is this when using VM webmail or using a third party email app.
  • What error messages are you seeing
  • Are you a current VM broadband customer

1. I am trying to log on via a web browser, to virgin.net
2. This what I am seeing:

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.
3. I am not a current virgin media broadband customer

Ok, that message likely means that your email account has been locked.

Normally the VM Forum Team can deal with these issues, however, as you are not a VM broadband customer they are unlikely to be able to help you.

If they do it will only be a temporary reprieve as your virgin.net account should have been closed a long time ago.

How do I get the forum team to sort me access so I can then transfer my email to another account please?
I did have the email account a long time prior to being and VM customer, then I was took out a package, and then I stopped the package and still had my virgin.net email.
I really hope they can help otherwise I am really stuck
