I cannot send out emails from my email client

Is it me or a fault?

Try the web mail access for this email service to verify that it is up and running at the moment,
if it is log in and send a message to your self to prove SMTP server is working.

I can send and receive from this email address but not when on my PC. 

I am using eM Client and this one email address is the only one with this issue.

Is there anywhere on VM where I can check the details so I can see if something is amiss?
