I cannot get or receive emails

I cannot get or send emails

when I go into my virgin account it says:

your mailbox is not available at the moment 

please try again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all devices.

it requires unblocking but getting no answer when I phone virgin.

second time this has happened.. can someone from Virgin help please

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the email issue. I can see that you've called and spoke to the team since posting and the email issue should now be sorted as the team re-enabled the mailbox. Please give us a shout if there's anything further we can assist with
