I cannot access my emails

I cannot get at my virgin media emails. I get a site saying FORBIDDEN. When I tried messaging customer chat help they suggested foolish things about the password. I couldn't get as far as the password entry because FORBIDDEN came up. I see other people have had this problem so please sort it out!

I have had a look at a few things and re enabled mail box access. 

Before you try an access emails again, can you please change your Virgin Media Password 

See if that helps

Can someone please jump back on this?

Just to clarify they are not getting Mailbox Unavailable - They are getting a HTTP 403 Forbidden error from the web server.

This situation was righted for a while even though I received no firther communication on the matter. I just checked my mobile and there was a voicemail, which was somewhat incoherent I must say, asking if the complaint was resolved and if they could "close the ticket" whatever the hell that means,

 

So I went and checked and the FORBIDDEN is back.

PLEASE FIX IT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not the greatest customer service in the world.
