I cannot get at my virgin media emails. I get a site saying FORBIDDEN. When I tried messaging customer chat help they suggested foolish things about the password. I couldn't get as far as the password entry because FORBIDDEN came up. I see other people have had this problem so please sort it out!

This situation was righted for a while even though I received no firther communication on the matter. I just checked my mobile and there was a voicemail, which was somewhat incoherent I must say, asking if the complaint was resolved and if they could "close the ticket" whatever the hell that means,
So I went and checked and the FORBIDDEN is back.
PLEASE FIX IT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
