My virgin.net email has become inaccessible. I get a message saying I need to enter my password for the account which I can't remember, but there is no way offered of creating a new one. When I put in my security details it says they are wrong - which they aren't. Neither incoming not outgoing mail is being accepted.
Have I been locked out of this email account for ever or can I find a way to get back in and update to a virginmedia account - or other?
