When I tried to sign into my virgin media account, my primary email address was refused in favour of my recovery email address & my password was also refused. Does anyone know of a solution? Virgin media support haven’t a clue except to blame Outlook.

Many thanks for your help. Logging on directly to the online server is the only way I can retrieve my emails using my iphone and desktop. However being unable to change my log in details is my main issue with my virgin media.

Have you tried removing your email account from Outlook and adding it back again?
If you do have a screenshot of what exactly is happening in Outlook, but with the personal details blurred, that would be great.
