I can’t access my secondary mailbox

Hi all, 

move recently been logged out of Instagram as someone has hacked it and the way to get back into it is to access my VM email account however, when I try to do so it won’t let me. 

A text appears on screen saying something about the secondary mailbox not being able to be accessed right now and I’m confused. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

As ever more details are required, but please don't post any identifying information on this open forum 

Can we assume that your opening comment re move recently is a typo?

So, best place to start is do you have a current VM broadband account?

If yes, does changing the account password make any difference,?


Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.
