I have an active VM account. I am the account holder. I can access my ntlworld emails via IMAP and Outlook, and on my iPhone.
But I can no longer access my emails via webmail (Windows 10, Chrome or Brave browsers). I get the error 'Connection error. The device is not available right now. Retry.'
Retry takes me back to the same error after 10-15 seconds
It has been like this for days
Can someone help?
