This problem arose some days ago and I have been unable to sort it. Today I rang Virgin media for assistance. After being transfered to four different people over a period of 2 hours (then cut off) the problem is still not solved. It was in fact worse, as my laptop email stopped working. I have managed to resolve the problem with my laptop but still have the problem with my iphone. Hopefully someone may be able to assist?

Not being able to send maybe due to inclusion of your network's public IP Address on a block list that Virgin Media use to protect their sending (SMTP) server When the problem next occurs check this by::
