Hi there,
I can not seem to access my emails on my computer. It keeps coming up with 'bad request', yet, I can log on via my phone. Would someone be able to help me resolve this please?

Try using a different web browser or open an in private window on your existing browser.
If that resolves the issue then it is down to a currupt cookie so clear relevant Virgin media mail cookies.

Sorry to hear of the email issue.
Have you tried the above advice from Graham? Let us know if not sorted and as long as you're the account holder of the Virgin Media account where the email is associated, we'll be able to assist further
