I can not access email again (main email account)

My main email account will not let me in again ,Last time this happened after hours on the phone and web chat still no fix ,then I posted on this forum and one of the support team figured it out ,please help again thanks

Cannot log into my primary email ( it’s done it before

can someone from Vm please message me ,it took weeks last time phoning and emailing and how to resolve the issue will be in my old notes on the account ,it was a technical issue on your side last time so I’m pretty sure it’s the same again as I’m getting the same message as before when I try to log in thanks

Staff response times are currently around seven days.  Repeat posting will not get your issue looked at any quicker.
