My main email account will not let me in again ,Last time this happened after hours on the phone and web chat still no fix ,then I posted on this forum and one of the support team figured it out ,please help again thanks

can someone from Vm please message me ,it took weeks last time phoning and emailing and how to resolve the issue will be in my old notes on the account ,it was a technical issue on your side last time so I’m pretty sure it’s the same again as I’m getting the same message as before when I try to log in thanks
My colleague Alex is currently out of the office but I've been looking at your email issue whilst she's away. I've checked the IT ticket and it is still open with IT however I've raised a new ticket to a different Team to see if they can help get a move on.
