I am still getting mail from already blacklisted senders, and it says the sender is already blacklisted
I I am still getting regular mail from already blacklisted prolific senders, and when I try to blacklist them it says 'the sender is already blacklisted'. So why then am I still getting mail from them? I've tried to spam them but for some it won't allow it, WHY???

Review ☰ > Settings > ▸ Email > Filter Rules list to make sure that either the Blacklist rule is the first entry or that none of preceding rules are set not to processes subsequent rules. Post back here if issue remains and I will flag to the forum team.
Thank you for your reply. I've gone into that settings and 'Blacklist' is already in there, it's the only one Good heart. I have also checked in the blacklist and there are loads of spam addresses in it. I should point out that I have only noticed it in my 'blueyonder' emails, which is a secondary account, this was set up to retain my original email address because all of my business and personal contacts use it. Although I don't receive any emails at all into my Virgin media address.
