I can see another message from you but cannot open it. a message about my promotion in the community came in and I cannot get back to open yours

Are you able to log into your My Virgin Media account?

I have managed to get myself on this system as rayF46 and rayF461, both linked to the same gmail account. I'll try logging in and logging out and will let you know how I get on

it is linked to a virgin account.  I resolved this problem yesterday by changing the password on my Virgin media account but the problem has re occurred and now my new password is not recognised so I can no longer log into Virgin media
