To whom it may concern,
I have had a blueyonder account for years and never had to change the password. On Thursday it stopped working. I have rung virgin media several times and they have just changed the virgin media account password - but that is not the problem- it's about accessing my email. When they change my virgin account password it has not changed my blueyonder password.
My daughter says that she thinks that the password that needs to be reset is the Virgin media mail app password that deals with third party apps including outlook and mail. The problem, however, is that my email for my virgin account is the blueyonder.co.uk one and so when I try to change my email to the gmail to receive the password for the virgin mail media app it won;t let me. Because the change of email has to be verified and the email is sent to the locked out blueyonder.co.uk email I am trying to get into.
Please help

As far as I know the verification email is sent to your new Sign in Email Address, i.e. the Gmail address. Are you able to describe what you see that indicates the verification email is sent to the locked blueyonder.co.uk email address?
