I Cannot reset my email password just goes round in circles

Same here, every time I go into edit on my email account to change the password I get the same message. "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them."
It's not the account holder email account

I also get this message on my webmail: The provided login data to access e-mail server imap.virginmedia.com seems to be wrong. Please correct them.

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with resetting your password. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

It sounds as though you've not set up security questions on the secondary account so have been unable to continue in the process.
