I had a email sent to me saying you received this email as one or more of your virgin media mailboxes has recently been locked due to suspicious activity been detected. It then sais to reset yo password but how do you do this please? I need this sorted ASAP

You can sent your password by using the 'Forgotten my password' link on the sign in page. Please wait 30minutes before trying to access your emails after you have reset and let us know if you still aren't able to gain access.
