How do I report spam e-mails to Virgin?

Received several e-mails purportedly from Virgin. Virgin isn't recognising them. Who do I report them to?

Unfortunately the link didn't help. I download my emails to Outlook and they then disappear from web mail so I cannot mark them as spam. I'll give Virgin a ring.
