Sent email by mistake and need to recall
Not something that is possible in the vast majority of cases. Once an email has been sent you have no further control over it.
Some email systems have a recall option, but that isn't the case with Virgin Media Mail.
Perhaps consider sending a follow up email explaining the mistake and requesting the recipient ignore and delete the erroneous email.
