Sign in with the Primary account's authentication credential here My Virgin Media > My profile > Manage accounts and select View/Change > from where you can delete the selected account; warning, proceed with care to make sure the correct account is deleted.
FYI: Primary account cannot be deleted. If the account to be deleted does not appear under Manage accounts post back here as the forum team will need to help with its deletion.
