I'm going around in circles.
I have the 403 Forbidden issue on my Google Chrome server (Chromebook - never again!).
It was fine only yesterday morning.
None of the suggestions on the Forum have worked for me.
The Virgin online Help system appears to only cover Broadband, TV & phone.
I can't find anything for email help.

Does the issue persist when using browser's Incognito mode?

FWIW webmail support is covered under Broadband.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the email issue.
This is a know issue we're aware of and working hard to resolve asap.
Please do try this though;
Log in to the online account and then go to 'account settings', then 'Virgin Media mail settings' then 'App password'.
Click generate new app password and then try that password to see if this works.
If it doesn't, it is part of the ongoing issue above.
