Historical inbox recovered but not FOLDERS

Can anyone advise when email FOLDERS will be restored? Historical inbox is now restored but not FOLDERS.

@mojo2020 Have you checked the other folders in the My Folders section of VM webmail?  There have been other reports here of the email history having been restored but not necessarily in the folders that the user expected.

In webmail, try the following:

  1. select ⚙ > E-Mail > Change IMAP subscriptions …
  2. select ▸ until all folders are visible
  3. confirm all folder are selected ☑
  4. select Save
  5. select 🖂 icon located top left
  6. if folder selected in step 3 are not shown refresh page (press Ctrl + Shift + R)
