Despite messages from Virgin, I do not have the content saved in my Email folders, purchase records, authorisation codes & so on. When I try to sync them nothing arrives & I get an up to date message. Most of the folders created in windows mail do not show on the virgin email site. Can anyone tell me what is happening? I really need these historic emails back. How stupid of me not to keep an old fashioned written record.
