Hi, I have an issue accessing my secondary email account ending

My email account is working fine.

I keep getting this message. 


The provided login data to access e-mail server seems to be wrong. Please correct them.
I've tried re-setting the password to no avail, Validation of server failed due to invalid credentials.
Can anyone help. I've tried virgin chat 2 times to no avail. Just going round in circles.
