No NTL email again since yesterday.I lost it for over 3 weeks then your IT people got it back,that lasted a week now it's gone again.I am paying for this as well.

Sorry for any issues with your ntl email address. There's been a wider problem with the email service, there's a sticky thread about it here: https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Email-accounts-locked/td-p/4808847 - resetting the password for the email address in question via your MyVm account (virg.in/myVM) should fix it, I understand it's important you reset it to a new password you've never used before as well.
If you continue to have issues after resetting the mailbox password please let us know and we'll take a closer look into it for you.
