Help with wifes blueyonder email account

My blueyonder email account is fine but my wife's email is locked. They are linked together from 20 years ago with the childrens.

In trying to reset do I use my security question and date of birth or hers?  I dont remember giving details of anyone but myself.

Either way nothing worked. If an account is locked surely you cannot just reset a password as the letter from virgin media internet security suggest?

Is there anyone to speak to - i used to be able to sort out email issues on the phone.

If the account concerned is a secondary one you can change the password via the primary user account.

Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.
