Please can someone help me get my ntlwprld emails back. I’ve tried speaking to agent on phone for hours and no resolution

1. Is this email address attached to a current Virginmedia broadband account?
2. Are you checking email with an email app on a phone etc, or webmail using a browser?
3. What messages do you get when you try to connect?

1. Yes Iv got BB/TV with VM
2. Iv tried both on iPhone/IPad (as always have) and also windows PC
3. Message The username or password for ‘Ntlworld’ is incorrect.
On Thursday An Agent helped me change password and I also tried using 3rd unconnected email. After 5 hrs throughout the day we still couldn’t resolve. Apparently need to wait 7-10 days for call from tech, however I badly need access to email. ASAP

I thought as much. I’m appalled at the support offered by VM. Wouldn’t b as bad if there was even somewhere you could take your phone and get someone to sort iemail issues for you. Reading over several posts re lost ntlworld emails you’d think VM would have a fix by now. Thanks for your time much appreciated
