I have my mobile account with virgin media and have done for over 15 years  but now i cannot access my ntlworld email account on my computer, we no longer have virgin broadband at home since this happened I cannot access my email, which I need to check my mobile phone bill on a bigger screen and other messages.

@angielollypop24  Continued use of any Virgin Media email address, including Ntlworld requires a VM cable broadband account.  Once the broadband account is closed the email account should be shut down after 90 days.  Sometimes it can go on for years before finally being cleaned up.

Virgin Mobile accounts do not come with a free email address.

The fantastic Graham_A has advised you correctly in regards to the ntlworld email address.  I am sorry, we would not be able to restore that mailbox.  However, I would love to help you gain access to your Virgin Mobile bills.  I am going to send you a private message.  Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
