I have a current virgin media broadband contract linked to a ntl.com email. My problem is with another virgin.net email which I am locked out of but still sends out spam. I am also locked out of the myvirgin media account linked to the virgin.net email address. All password reset attempts end with we can't register that password please try another. I would like to delete this email account. thanks
