Help accessing NTL Email

I had a email account with virgin ending ntlworld.com.  I used to be able to access these emails once I'd signed into my virgin media account.  Can't find it anywhere now.  Anyone know how to access this email account?

Is that email address still shown as linked to your virgin media account?

It was the original email assigned to me before virgin took over ntlworld.  I've only ever been able to access it through my virgin account.   It's not the email address I use to sign in.

If the email address is still active you should be able to get it via https://mail2.virginmedia.com/

Sign in with the Ntlworld email address concerned and the email account password.

@greeksav  That is what I expected you to get.  Try following the instructions given in the lockout message to change the password for the email address concerned.  Wait for an hour after changing it then try again to access the email address with the new password.  Usually this will unlock the account but if it doesn't then post back here and the VM Forum Team should be able to help you further.

That just changed password to virgin media log in.

To confirm I log into my virgin media account with my yahoo email address.  Once I'm in my account I used to be able to access my ntlworld.com emails.  That email account doesn't seem to exist anymore.  Any thoughts?

So if you login to you VM account as you say and go to

Update Settings->Account Details

Then scroll down, do you see “Manage My Other Virgin Media Accounts”?

You need to change the password for the Ntlworld email address concerned by logging into the My Virgin Media account for the Ntlworld email with the current password and then click on Update Settings> Account details> password edit.

Your message suggests that you signed in with your yahoo email rather than the Ntlworld one.

Sign out of that account then sign in here
