Have tried contacting virgin to assist with trying to gain access to my old email account.
In the recent days I have had emails from someone who has gained access to my old email account and I have no way of changing my password.
As I am a former customer my email account does not work with Virgin and it’s tied to them as it’s an old ntlworld account.
Can someone assist us urgently in changing the password or closing the account down altogether

The Forum Team (VM employees who support this forum) can arrange to get that deleted for you.
One of them will contact you via this thread in the next day or so and take the details via the forum's private message service.
