Has anyone had this issue recently? -- over the past 48 hours access to my e-mail account via the web portal and on my mobile devices seems to be up and down.

Sorry to hear you are currently having issues with your email account access.
Could you please ,tell us more about what happens when you log in from a browser and let us know if you get any error messages coming up when its does not work for you?
Also, could you try selecting the ''forgot my password'' option and try to re-set it to a new one to see if this helps fix your problem?
