Has virgin shut down the @virginmedia.com email user service.as I cannot access or see my @virginmedia on thier website.

Can you please confirm if you have an active Virgin Media broadband account.

I have a virgin broadband account,  the other email accounts are fine.

Please can you explain what happens when you try to sign in?

Does it give any error codes at all?

Also does it let you go down forgot email / password? Thanks

Have you made sure that you're entering the correct email you used to sign into your online account? 

Have you tried any other emails?

I have tried looking at my @virginmedia.com Emails on the website and it says the credentials you supplied are not valid or no longer supported.
