Hi,
My old blueyonder account has been hacked. I only have mobile phone service with Virgin, so this should have been closed when my broadband expired - but I still have access to read incoming messages. I've received blackmail emails that list the old password for the account - which I can't change as the only access to my email is via my Virgin mobile phone.
Have previously raised this as an issue via webchat - was told the account was going to be closed down, but it's still available - this was well over a month ago.
Have now had accounts compromised on two other sites, one of which included fraudulent use of my credit card, so I would appreciate if someone could assist ASAP.

This is something that the VM Forum Team should be able to help you with.
They will respond to this thread but it won't be until Friday, look out for their reply.
You should report the credit card fraud to your card provider as soon as possible, if you haven't already done so. They usually have a 24/7 service for such reports.
I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media, I'm a VM customer. There are no guarantees that my advice will work. Please read the FAQs

Thanks for the info re Forum Team - I thought they'd probably be off the clock, but good to have it confirmed.
Cancelled the credit card and reported fraud to my bank, so all good on that account.
