Hacked old email account - please delete it

Hi,

I ceased to be a Virgin Media customer in November 2016 but the email address was never closed after 90 days as it should have been and has now been hacked, accessing my social media accounts. Please contact me via here and get the account deleted asap.

I received an email demanding bitcoin from me stating that this has been hacked. Virgin Media are responsible.

It would be helpful if your team that respond to WhatsApp complaints are aware of this issue, which I see is affecting a lot of people. I was told that this account was definitely closed in 2017 despite showing screenshots of messages received recently.
