Admin please help.

It would appear that my virgin account has been hacked: [MOD EDIT: Removed] @virgin.net

I can't receive or send any emails and it appears as though I've been locked out and can't sign back in. This means it's impossible for me to reset my password on my own and need help.

I'm really concerned about what someone might be doing in my name.

Have you seen the number of hacks being reported?  Is Virgin Media taking this seriously?
