Hi,
My old virgin.net email address has been hacked and is being used fraudulently to set up accounts and gain access. It seems this is an orphaned email address where I cannot access the server. I am a current virgin media client and was told the old email would be linked to the my new account. It seems this is not the case. I really need to be able to change the password or just shut down the account urgently.
