Hello
I have an old blueyonder email address, it has been hacked and is being used to set up bogus accounts with lots of emails.
I still have access to receive the emails but don’t have access to change the password. I would like to close the email address ASAP as soon as possible.
How do I do this?

We are sorry that you are experiencing this 😢. The only way that we can remove an email address from the account, would be if you are terminating your services if that email address is your primary email address that you used when signing up with us. If the account has already been closed more than 90 days ago the email should of already been deleted, if this is the case we will be more than happy to get this manually removed for you.
The other back up that we have in place is that when active email addresses are being used as an act of phishing or spamming other people our system will detect this and shut down the account until the customer chooses to contact us and unlock it again.
